Presented papers will be reviewed by the program committee according to a review form, which can be found on address

Conference proceedings, containing all accepted papers, will be issued in paper copy as well as on CD in advance. The publications will be in the proceedings of the Technical University – Sofia and will be received upon registration of the participants and full fee payment.

Additional copies from the proceedings can be ordered at the printing house of the Technical University – Sofia.
